Kampala's most active Afro-Latin dance organization. Founded by Anna, BLV runs the Tuesday Cayenne Lounge social (Bukoto) plus Thursday Afro-Latin Hangout at Roza Dymz in Upper Kololo. Also produces the annual Tuzinne Afro Latin Festival (most recently 3rd edition Entebbe 2023, 4th in 2025).
